At Five Star Essentials, we work hard to give you a smooth and honest shopping experience — and we take chargebacks very seriously.
Any chargebacks or fraud claims will be fully disputed using documented proof, including (but not limited to):
• Order confirmation details
• Processing & production timelines
• Shipping and delivery confirmation
Please note: filing a chargeback after placing an order, confirming your purchase, or once an item has shipped or been delivered is considered fraudulent activity.
If you have any concerns about your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us first. We’re always happy to review legitimate issues when communicated properly.
By completing a purchase with Five Star Essentials, you agree to this policy and understand that false chargebacks may result in permanent banning from future purchases.
📦 Shipping & Processing Policy 📦
At Five Star Essentials, please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Shipping Timeframes:
• Preorder Items: Please allow 4–6 weeks for shipping
• On-Hand Items: Ship within 2–3 business days
(We try our best to offer same-day shipping on on-hand items whenever possible!)
Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, Five Star Essentials is not responsible for shipping delays.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

💕 Return & Refund Policy 💕
At Five Star Essentials, all sales are FINAL.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Incorrect sizing
• Fit preferences
• Buyer’s remorse
Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Five Star Essentials is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once an order has been shipped.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Approved cases may receive a replacement at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.
